Rachel-Eveline-stood in front of green bushes

Hi I'm Rachel and I help makeup-shy brides go from dreading the thought of heavy wedding makeup to loving how they look and feel in their skin on the most important day of their life.

I'm so pleased you have shortlisted me as your bridal makeup artist for your wedding day. I know how scary it can be to put someone else in charge of how you look.

I'll personally walk you through the process of working with me as I'm guessing you haven't worked with many professional makeup artists before!

Having worked with hundreds of women of all ages, I am very experienced in reassuring even the most nervous makeup wearer. Before working with me, most brides feel unsure, overwhelmed and afraid of looking too ‘made up’. After working together, they feel radiant, relaxed and truly themselves, just with a little extra glow.

If this sounds like what you are looking for, you can contact me today where we can start a conversation.

Away from the world of weddings, I absolutely love rollercoasters and would happily spend all my days off at a Theme Park. I also love everything Disney, and am currently counting down the days to my next trip to Disneyland Paris in October 2025.

I'm a keen runner, and a half marathon in April next year. Yes, I'm that girl who checks her Strava stats before she's even made it home...

I'm a musical lover and have seen practically every show in the West End (if I wasn't a make-up artist, I like to think I'd be on stage belting out 'Defying Gravity' - although my old singing teacher would probably disagree).

My Spotify playlist is filled with Lorde, Flight of the Concords, Marina & the Diamonds and Lana Del Rey (depending on my mood), and I also love listening to the Mel Robbins Podcast - I was the top 0.5% of listeners to her podcast on Spotify last year..! My only ask, is please don't put me in charge of music on your wedding morning! It will probably be a mix Disney, musicals, McFly or whatever songs my kids are currently into...

I'd never really thought about getting married or weddings in general until, just under 6 years ago I went on a Tinder date that would change the course of my life forever. I came home to my housemate Sophie and said, "I've just met my future husband" and, it turns out, I was right - 2 children and a global pandemic later, we were married at Pembroke Lodge, Richmond in November 2021.

It was in the lead up to my own big day, whilst on maternity leave from my make-up counter manager role, that I realised weddings were my calling. My favourite clients were always the future brides who came in wanting to learn how to do their own make-up for the biggest day on their life, and I always felt so privileged to know I was a small part of their story.

I'd already been a make-up artist for a number of years, helping to beautify the public of Bristol and later London - specifically Oxford Street, where I worked in the iconic Selfridges and John Lewis stores. In June 2022, after maternity leave, Rachel Eveline Makeup was born.

Since then, I've been supporting brides and couples on the biggest day of their lives in London, Surrey and the Southeast.
I've worked with some of the most talented hair and makeup artists in the industry and trained with makeup icons Kristina Gasperas and Laura Carroll.

I'm the Prestige Awards South England Bridal Makeup Artist of the Year for 2 years running 23/24 and 24/25 and I have also won the 'Hitched Wedding Awards' for the last 3 years. I have been named a Regional finalist in 'The Wedding Industry Awards' 2024, 2025 and 2026 where I have been nominated as 'Best Makeup Artist'.

I know all the mixed feelings you are going to feel on your wedding day: the nervous energy, the butterflies... I want to make sure your getting ready experience is fun, relaxed and most importantly, stress-free! I pride myself on the calm energy I bring to your wedding morning, and I cannot wait to go on this special journey with you.
